TECHNICAL SUPPORT (L1 SUPPORT)
Who we are looking for:
- Receiving, processing, and resolving customer requests
- Documenting actions in the JIRA ticketing system
- Monitoring supervisory systems
- Maintaining the company knowledge database
Duties and responsibilities:
- Minimum of secondary education with a graduation certificate (suitable for graduates)
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent Czech, and proficiency in spoken and written English
- Customer-oriented approach
Requirements:
- Experience with data in MySQL and PostgreSQL databases (data exports using basic queries)
- Knowledge of UNIX operating systems
- Knowledge of network protocols and configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
